TM Corporate Suites is the answer to your furnished housing needs in Utah! Unlike a small, stuffy Hotel or Extended Stay, you will enjoy a much larger fully furnished apartment complete with all utilities, Comcast digital cable TV with free HBO, local phone service, Qwest DSL high-speed internet, full sized washer & dryer, all housewares, linens and of course, maid service if you choose!
We offer spacious 1, 2 & 3 bedroom apartments located on higher-end “A” properties throughout the Salt Lake Valley, Ogden, Provo, Park City & Gt. George areas. Offering numerous amenities such as; pools, hot tubs, fitness centers, business centers, club houses, private garages and/or covered parking, fireplaces, garden tubs, spectacular views on the Wasatch Mountains and more. Pet friendly locations too! The only thing you need to bring is your suitcase!
We look forward to meeting your short and/or long term housing needs, making your time away from home as comfortable and convenient as possible. Whether your temporary lodging needs are for a project, training, relocation and/or per diem government work, family vacation or a weekly ski trip, we are ready to help! No minimum lengthy leases. All rentals are based on a month to month stay with a 30-day move-out notice required. Move-in deposits are waived with a credit card on file.

What is included in the cost?
The monthly rental rate includes all furnishings, cable television, internet, utilities ($70.00 allowance) and local telephone. Housekeeping service is available for an additional charge. Additional charges incurred are long distance, Pay Per View movies and any special furnishings you may request such as child’s Play “N” Pak a Roll-A-Way bed, etc.
Why do you have a Utility allowance?
This is a monthly combined total of the lights (power) and Gas (fuel). One of the ways we can keep our rental rates so low is to have a cap on utilities. Most apartments never go over this combined total and by having our guests aware and mindful of the settings, will assure they do not go over the allowance. When in the apt. we ask that you keep the heater setting at 68 degrees in the winter and 72 degrees in the summer and by turning them down when away at work during the day, etc.
What is your minimum lease term?
A 30 day stay is typically required. However, during ski season and other special occasions and or needs, we do offer weekly rentals.
Are pets welcome?
Some TM Suites apartments do allow pets. However, there are usually weight limits and breed restrictions and an additional deposit is required.
How do I Reserve or book an Apartment with you?
With a simple email or phone request; Let us know your move in date, length of stay, size of apartment needed and desired locations. We will quickly respond with availability and the rental rate. If all meets your requirements, we will email you a lease; simply fill out all attached, sign and fax or email back to us. *One simple point of contact: from move-in to move-out!
How do I pay?
You will be billed monthly and may pay by credit card or company check, subject to credit approval. Credit cards accepted include Visa, Master Card, Discover, and American Express. We can bill individuals or invoice a company directly.
Do you require a security deposit?
Generally, we do not require a security deposit. However, every guest is required to provide a valid credit card at the time the reservation is requested, regardless if their company is being billed. The credit card will be used to guarantee payment for any incidentals or charges not approved by your company.
What are your check-in & check-out times?
Check-in time is 4:00pm and check-out time is 11:00am. If you need to adjust these times, due to flight reservations, etc. Contact our office to see if changing would be possible.
How do I check-in?
Once your reservation is confirmed, we will email or fax you your Move-In Information. This will include the apartment address, phone number, etc. along with directions (from the airport or major highway) and a lockbox code. There is a metal lockbox permanently attached to the outside door frame. You will open this and retrieve a door key to enter your apartment. Remaining keys, remote, etc. are located inside the apartment. This allows you the convenience to arrive day or night.
How do I check-out?
On your date of departure, we ask that you return one door key back into the lockbox (Lockbox code is noted in the Apartment Journal) and leave remaining keys, remotes, etc. on the kitchen counter. A TM Suites Representative will be by with-in 24 hours to do a walk-through move-out inspection. If you preferred to have this done in your presence, contact our office with this request.
